As part of an effort to extend our reach into the community, VSA arts of Texas hosts and sponsors a number of performances, exhibits, and special events. We participate in international performance and exhibit exchange, sponsor arts activities and festivals in Texas, and work to establish artistic presence in the professional arts arena for artists with disability from all disciplines. All efforts serve to increase public awareness of the mission, programs and services of VSA arts of Texas and therefore support the participation of people with disabilities, their family members, arts and recreation organizations, and the general public.
